Infant mortality (25%) is the strongest indicator of child healthcare quality. Life expectancy (20%) reflects the overall health environment families will experience. Education spending (20%) shows national commitment to children's futures, while literacy rate (15%) indicates educational outcomes. Water and electricity access (10% each) ensure basic living standards are met for family life.
